Perry featuring seedling pears from Vashon Island trees that were likely planted by homesteaders around 100 years ago. Those Vashon pears are blended with estate grown perry pears and Skagit Valley grown heirloom pears, including Hendre Huffcap, Butt, Gin, Yellow Huffcap, and Theilseburn pears. Notes of Meyer lemon, pear skin, green grass, and honeydew melon. This perry has a subtle sweetness, a delicate pear flavor, and lovely round tannins.
